Sales & New Business Manager

to help grow our eCommerce and FinTech clients portfolio.





Your daily tasks will include:

Contacting existing leads and cold lead databases to find golden opportunities
Actively source new business for which growth funding **** essential.
Making sure our prospects receive the golden sales pitching, so they will **** to start working with us.
Making sure our sales-ready leads in the pipeline convert into happy customers.
Performing outstanding product demonstrations (on and off ****)
Tracking daily sales metrics and updating records in the CRM
Creating and advising on tailored investment proposals for our investors
Administrating agreements as part of the service we offer
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Representing us during domestic and international trade shows and conferences.
Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop opportunities.

Speak English on a proficient level (any additional languages considered a plus!).
Have at least 3 years of previous experience in B2B sales preferably to eCommerce/banking or insurance companies.
Are interested in new technologies, digital and eCommerce and FinTech
Are able to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders within the Team, and the C-level executives.

Are Polish with a global open mind
Worked with MS Dynamics, MS Office, Google Applications, and most common social media platforms.
Like and have experience with crowdfunding, investments and loans.
Are a team player that takes pleasure in motivating collogues and clients.
